Affine Films is a long form production company specialising in features, tv formats and documentaries. Our focus is to support, both creatively and financially, emerging writers and directors from diverse backgrounds and to tell original and exciting stories.


Jane Reid-Fearn

Oxford educated and then went on to work at Mother and Fallon. A visual storyteller who has a knack of finding the precious nuggets of an idea and extracting the magic from creative minds. She has a magical ability to connect the dots that others don’t even see.

Madeleine Sanderson


Madeleine spent 18 years running Partizan and has a passion for nurturing talent. She has worked with Mandie Fletcher, Michel Gondry, Michael Gracey and Quentin Dupieux amongst others. She produced documentaries Being AP (Directed by BAFTA and EMMY winning Anthony Wonke), Fighting for a City (Greg Hardes and Jacob Proud) and Mouth Full of Golds a documentary directed by Lyle Lindgren, which will be premiering at the Tribeca film Festival 2026. In The Shadows, a film about the Inspiring and true story of refugee Ramla Ali, played by BAFTA winner Jasmine Jobson and co-starring Finn Cole (Peaky Blinders, Last Breath). Will also be premiering later this year.

Richard Fearn

After starting in advertising, Richard co-founded the non-profit Friday Club London to bridge the gap between senior marketing experts and emerging startups. Having advised and invested in over 50 companies like Sofar Sounds and What3Words, he has shifted his focus to film production, where he develops projects designed to launch the careers of underrepresented filmmakers. At present he is involved in projects with directors Luna Karmoon (Hoard) and Ramla Ali and is working on a hip hop musical with Nas in NYC.
